Current Availability: Customer Service Representative
Currently Seeking: Motivated Part time Sales/customer service Representative position for our Baytown Location
Job Summary: Selling Insurance Policies, Servicing Policies, Contacting current customers for retention purposes, Pulling up reports, Filing paperwork, Faxing applications, Maintaining office. Job Requires employees to be available M-F 8:20am-5:30pm. CSR will be required to work on a rotating shift on saturday's 9:00am-12pm (only 3 hours).
Employee will be required to take on additional roles if needed.
Employee Requirements:
- 18 years of age required
- Must have 3-5 years of job experience
- Must be able to type 60WPM
- Must be articulate and will have to dress business casual
- Must be able to Travel to both Baytown Locations as well as Pasadena if necessary
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Must have hard work ethic and be able to communicate and work well with others
- Must have experience with social Media
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
Preferred:
- Bilingual
- Have experience in insurance industry
- Have P&C license and L&H license
- Experience with Quick-quote, quick-file, Agency Matrix, ITC or similiar Agency Management Systems.
- Able to manipulate documents and pictures with Adobe Photoshop or similar applications
Hourly wage to be discussed among qualitifcations in interview
